In India, millions of women are affected by domestic violence, which is a very serious issue. Even though there are other written laws such as the protection of women from domestic violence (PWDVA) act that explains the meaning of domestic violence and tries to find the justice who experienced it. But enforcement of these laws effectively remains a difficult task to tackle. To enforce these laws properly, we have to first find the obstacles that are hindering the process and then we have to implement the strategic approach to overcome them. But this blog mainly focuses on how psychology can play an important role as an evidence for the case. As discussed in the previous blog  psychology can help in witness testimony. For example: imagine a person witnessed a crime and now he has to tell the court what exactly happened. As our memory is not always perfect. We forget and mix up most of the details.
